PVS-1 ICU Security has designed a state-of -the -art Personal Video Scrambler. The PVS-1 converts a standard video signal into a signal which is unrecognizable when viewed. The PVS-1 password protects the scrambled video, and will only display the video signal when the correct password is entered. The PVS-1 can be utilyzed in a multitude of applications such as: secure CCTV systems, home "Nanny-Cam", Pay-Per-View, and Secure Wireless Transmission.    The Technology Tthe PVS-1 uses random luminance and chrominance inversion techniques to scramble video, together with a password provided by the user. Video timing signals are however left unchanged, allowing the scrambled signal to be recorded or transmitted. To descramble the signal, the tagged information is recovered, and only the correct password will descramble the tag to provide a viewable image.
